If for any reason you’re not satisfied, we offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

How it works:

within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for return.

Condition of Items: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or we made a mistake.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your item, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges: If you want a different size or product, mention this when submitting your return request.
